Accommodation (price per room and per night)

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Bookings

Bookings are subject to prior authorisation in the form of a deposit on a credit card, amounting to one night's stay and a minimum of 100€.

The amount of the stay will be paid upon arrival. The credit card used to make the reservation and the cardholder's identity document will be required.

Cancellation or changes (in writing)

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival
  • Within 2 days of the date of arrival, we will debit the amount for one night-stay. However, it will still be valid for one year for a similar or longer stay, depending on availability and rates.
  • In case of no show on the day of arrival, the booking will be cancelled and the total amount of the stay will be charged and debited.

Cheques are not accepted.

If another person wishes to pay the bill of one of our guests, we will ask for specific documents.

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the full cleaning, which represents a fee of €100.

Children are under the responsibility of their parents in the entire hotel, including common areas such as the playroom.

Pets are under the responsibility of their owners. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the rooms. They cannot be left alone in the room. Any damage caused by pets will result in a fixed fee of € 50.00 for damage and repairs.

Personal belongings should be looked after by their owners. The hotel shall not be liable in case of loss or theft.

Stay interruption

The hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty of at least one night's stay for any interrupted stay.

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms will be available from 4:00 pm. Please inform us in case of late arrival.

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated before 11:00 am.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, after having referred the matter to the hotel's management and if no satisfactory solution is found within one month, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsperson. The contact details and procedure for making a complaint are available on the following website www.mtv.travel.

The client is reminded, in accordance with article L121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, that they are not entitled to the right of withdrawal provided for in article l 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The present conditions of sale specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the booking.
